Get yourself a bargain at one of the Genk markets!

There are 3 kinds of markets:

1. - Weekly markets

on Thursday and Saturday

With about 260 stalls and great variety of products the Thursday market in Genk-Centre is the largest market in Limburg.

At the weekly Saturday market in de Vennestraat there are mostly fresh foods for sale.

2. - The Sunday markets

This grand open air jumble sale is on during the summer months of July and August.  It has almost 1000 stalls for occasional sellers and about 40 professionals.
During the market there are live stage performances.

Information about renting stalls is communicated via the newspapers and the municipal website (May/June).

3. - Occasional markets

These are the various festive- and night markets that take place in the city centre and the Genk suburbs throughout the year.
