More shopping streets

The Hasseltweg and Bosdel are shopping areas for shops that need a little more space, ranging from garden- and home centres to clothing, electrical appliances, toys and sporting goods. All the well-known chain stores  are located mainly around here. 

ATTENTION!
Early in 2010 a start will be made on the reconstruction of Hasseltweg. This can lead to a disruption of traffic.

• Bicycles will be rerouted via Wiekstraat throughout the period needed for construction work.
• Through traffic can continue to use Hasseltweg (occasionally with alternate lane sharing and traffic lights)
• Side-streets leading off Hasseltweg will be temporarily closed to traffic.
• De Lijn public transport will continue to operate along Hasseltweg.
