National Park - Kattevennen

The Kattevennen domain is one of 5 entrance gates to the Hoge Kempen National Park.  Each gate has its own nature theme; for Kattevennen it is the macro cosmos with the Cosmodrome as the most striking ënlandmark.      

The brandnew visitors' centre borders on the Europlanetarium and it opened its doors in 2008.  Here you can get more information about cycling- and walking possibilities, activities at the gates, ticket sales for performances in the Europlanetarium etc.  Moreover, in the specialty shop you will find lovely knick knacks.
